Once your order ships you'll receive an email confirmation from us with a tracking number and link to the carrier's tracking page. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

PLEASE NOTE once the parcel leaves SPAIN, USPS it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information. We recommend that once your package enters its destination country you use the same tracking number to track your order through your local's post office website or office.
