  2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):a.Stock Products Minimum Order (MOQ):
    The minimum order for stock products is 20 units.
  3. Customized Products Minimum Order (MOQ):
    The minimum order for customized products ranges between 100 and 200 units, depending on the product.
  4. Samples:
  • If a stock sample is requested, the cost will be the list price published in the online store.
  • If a customized sample is requested, the cost will be 200 euros per unit, plus shipping costs.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Full payment of the invoice must be made in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Bizum, Wise, and PayPal.
  1. Delivery Times:
  • The delivery time for stock products is approximately 7 business days, depending on the destination of the goods.
  • The delivery time for made-to-order products is approximately 60 to 90 days.
  1. Shipping:
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the volume of the order.
  • The buyer will be responsible for customs fees, which will be determined based on the destination country. The buyer should be informed about these fees prior to purchase.
  1. Customization (Tailor-Made):
  • For customized orders, the MOQ ranges between 100 and 200 units depending on the product.
  • Customization options include sizes, thickness, formats (square, oval, round, etc.), and printing techniques such as laser, screen printing, and digital printing.
  • Additional options for customized packaging are available upon request.

  • The mats are available in neutral and vibrant colors, made from high-quality Japanese materials known for their durability and superior grip.
  • A wide range of colors and patterns is offered, including both permanent collections and limited editions.
