Una vez que su pedido sea enviado, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de nuestra parte con un número de seguimiento y un enlace a la página de seguimiento del transportista. Puede tomar hasta 24 horas para que aparezcan las actualizaciones de seguimiento.

Tenga en cuenta que una vez que el paquete sale de España, USPS lo transfiere al servicio postal de su gobierno. Esto significa que USPS ya no recibe cambios de estado como lo haría un servicio privado (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Una vez que su paquete haya llegado al país desde donde se realizó el pedido, ya no podremos proporcionar cambios de estado ni información de seguimiento. Recomendamos que una vez que su paquete ingrese al país de destino, utilice el mismo número de seguimiento para rastrear su pedido a través del sitio web o la oficina de correos local.
