Terms and Conditions for the "Yoga Mat Rental Service"

Below are the updated terms and conditions for the yoga mat rental service. By using this service, the customer agrees and commits to complying with the following terms:
- The yoga mats provided for rent are exclusively for use during yoga classes or individual practices of the customer.
- The customer agrees to use the mats appropriately and responsibly, avoiding intentional or negligent damage.
- Reservations for yoga mat rentals will be made through the booking platform or pre-established system by the service provider.
- Availability of the mats is subject to inventory capacity and expected demand. It is recommended to make reservations well in advance.
- The rental cost is between 15 and 20 euros per mat per day.
- The customer agrees to pay the rental cost according to the rates set by the service provider.
- Payments will be made before collecting the mats, along with the security deposit.
- A security deposit will be required from the customer before collecting the yoga mats. This deposit will be refunded once the mats are returned in good condition and without damage.
- The deposit amount will be 30 euros per rented mat.
- The customer agrees to collect the yoga mats at the agreed-upon location and time with the service provider.
- The customer must return the yoga mats at the specified date, time, and location, in the same condition they were delivered, clean and without significant stains, at the end of the rental period.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the rented yoga mats from the moment of delivery until the moment of return.
- The customer is liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration caused to the mats during the rental period.
- In case of any loss, the customer must pay 130 euros per mat.
- Cancellations must be made in advance, at least 24 hours before. The cancellation and refund policies will be specified at the time of booking.
- The customer agrees to maintain the mats in perfect condition during the rental period and to return them clean and unstained.
- No corrosive or oily products should be used for cleaning.
- The customer must use the mats safely and responsibly, avoiding improper or risky use that may cause personal injury or damage to the mats.
- The use of shoes on the mats is prohibited.
- The transportation of the yoga mats, both for collection and return, is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must ensure that the mats are transported safely to avoid damage during transit.
- By making the reservation and using the yoga mat rental service, the customer declares they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and the provider of the yoga mat rental service. It is recommended that the customer read these terms carefully before using the service and keep a copy for future reference.
- The parties agree that this document constitutes a binding contract between the customer and the provider of the yoga mat rental service. Any breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein will be dealt with according to the laws and regulations of Spain.
- In case of any dispute or disagreement related to this contract, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges their full consent and understanding of the content of this contract and agrees to comply with all the obligations and responsibilities set forth in it.
