Terms and Conditions of the “Yoga Mat Rental Service”

Below are the updated terms and conditions for the yoga mat rental service. By using this service, the client accepts and agrees to comply with the following terms:

1. Rental and Use of Yoga Mats:

The yoga mats provided for rental are exclusively for use during the client's yoga classes or individual practices.

The customer agrees to use the mats appropriately and responsibly, avoiding intentional or negligent damage.

2. Reservations and Availability:

Reservations for the rental of yoga mats will be made through the reservation platform or the reservation system previously established by the service provider.

Mat availability will be subject to inventory capacity and expected demand. It is recommended to make reservations well in advance.

3. Costs and Payments:

The rental cost is 15 euros per mat per day.

The client agrees to pay the cost of rental of the yoga mats according to the current rates established by the service provider.

Payments will be made prior to the pickup of the mats, along with the security deposit.

4. Down Payment:

An additional security deposit will be requested from the client prior to the pickup of the yoga mats. This deposit will be refunded to the customer once the mats are returned in proper condition and undamaged.

The deposit will be 30 euros for each mat rented.

5. Withdrawal and Return of Mats:

The client agrees to pick up the yoga mats at the place and date agreed with the supplier.

The client must return the yoga mats on the date, time and place indicated in the condition in which they were delivered, clean and without significant stains, at the end of the rental period.

6. Customer Responsibility:

The customer assumes full responsibility for the rented yoga mats from the time of delivery to the time of return.

The client is responsible for any loss, theft, damage or deterioration caused to the yoga mats during the rental period.

In case of loss of any type, the client must pay the amount of 130 euros per mat.

7. Cancellations and Refunds:

Reservation cancellations must be made well in advance. At least 24 hours. Cancellation and refund policies will be specified at the time of booking.

8. Maintenance and cleaning:

The client agrees to keep the yoga mats in perfect condition during the rental period and to deliver them clean and stain-free upon return.

Do not use corrosive or oily products for cleaning.

9. Responsible and Safe Use:

The customer must use the yoga mats in a safe and responsible manner, avoiding inappropriate or risky use that could cause personal injury or damage to the mats.

The use of sneakers is prohibited.

10. Transfer and Transportation:

The transportation of yoga mats for both pick-up and delivery is the exclusive responsibility of the client. The customer must ensure that the mats are transported safely to avoid damage during travel.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By making the reservation and using the yoga mat rental service, the client declares that he or she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions established in this document.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and the yoga mat rental service provider. It is recommended that the client read these bases carefully before using the service and keep a copy for future reference. document.

Additional Clause - Law and Jurisdiction:

The parties agree that this document constitutes a binding contract between the client and the yoga mat rental service provider. Any breach of the terms and conditions established here will be dealt with in accordance with the laws and regulations of Spain.

In the event of any controversy or dispute related to this contract, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges his full consent and understanding of the content of this contract and agrees to comply with all obligations and responsibilities established herein.
